The former family home of the owners is now available for luxury family holidays. It's a beautiful redbrick cottage, dating back to early 20th century, right on the rivers edge that sleeps upto 8 in 4 bedrooms. It is newly refurbished and ideal for 2 families or groups of friends.

Living room: With open fire, Freeview TV and DVD player. Bluetooth Speaker.

Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize double bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Separate toilet.
Check-in time is 3pm
Check-out time is 9am

Sea Palling’s sandy beach lies just 4 miles away whilst Cromer and Great Yarmouth offer traditional seaside attractions. Fishing can be freely enjoyed (in season) from the riverside garden. Shops and pubs at Stalham just a mile away.
Ideal for fishing (License required. Fishing season is closed March 15th to June 15th).
